Most orders are fulfilled in 1-2 biz days. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled the following week.

We have two tiers of shipping rates which are based on the measured height of the products ordered. Your order will ship for free when the subtotal reaches a certain dollar amount (see below for details).

If you order a combination of products with different shipping rates, your shipping rate will be that of the biggest product in your order. Example: If you order two 4" letters and one 24" letter, your effective rate would be $10 for ground shipping or $15 for priority shipping.
Transit time is an estimate and begins when the package leaves our fulfillment center. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipment.
