If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or store credit.
If the product arrives as described on the website, you will be required to pay for the return shipping. Once we receive the product back at our shop, we will inspect it. If the product is in the same condition as when we shipped it to you, we will refund your purchase, or give you a store credit, whichever you prefer. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to be processed.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

We have two tiers of shipping rates which are based on the measured height of the products ordered. Your order will ship for free when the subtotal reaches a certain dollar amount (see below for details).

If you order a combination of products with different shipping rates, your shipping rate will be that of the biggest product in your order. Example: If you order two 4" letters and one 24" letter, your effective rate would be $10 for ground shipping or $15 for priority shipping.
Transit time is an estimate and begins when the package leaves our fulfillment center. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing prior to shipment.
Most orders are fulfilled in 1-2 biz days. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled the following week. Upon fulfillment of your order you will receive a tracking number via email.
